The 2020 Hertzel Cup "City Open Championships" will be Saturday, February 29. The tournament always fills up, so enter ASAP if you intend to play. It is the most fun single day of platform tennis in Cincinnati each year.
Brian Faig went 4-0 on his court with Eric West, Brett DeCurtins, Richard Canelas and Bill McCarthy. He jumped 25 spots in the standings to 34th. Faig is currently 9-13 with a 1,377 point total. Logan Coker and Mike McGrath each went 5-1 on two courts this week. Coker improved to 35-25 (58.3%) for the season. Coker's 1,207 points places him #42 overall and #3 in competition level 2. McGrath has a record of 31-28, is 49th overall and is in 9th place in competition level 2. He is now 7-0 for the season and is in first place in competition level 3.
