Jackson Wins First TitleJill Jackson finished the 2021 Spring/Summer League with a 69-65 won/loss record and a 12.03 court result average. Jackson, who played tennis at University of Kentucky, finished as the top female player. This was her first Platform Tennis League championship. Rogers Wins IronmanHarrison Rogers played 162 official sets to capture the 2021 Spring/Summer League Ironman award. This was his first Ironman title. Dave Necessary went 3-1 on a court with Eric West, Henry Bunis, Wes Goebel and Harrison Rogers. His 21-game win total was good enough to earn first place points by one game over West. This was the first time Necessary played Summer League this year. Registration for the 2021-2022 Fall/Winter League is now open. We will again have options to sign up for just Session #1 or Session #2 as well as a discounted rate for the full season. Plans are to play at Glendale Lyceum and Maketewah Country Club. We have room for 85 players with a registration deadline of September 17. If we reach 85 players by September 17, we will look to add courts & increase capacity. Otherwise, 85 will be the hard cut off.
